Weekly Weigh-In
Down four tenths of pound. Not too shabby. It could’ve been better, but my eating wasn’t the greatest this week and I still haven’t started exercising as much as I’d planned.
That’s ok. Next week will be better.
It's a loss and that's all that matters! It's sort of hard to eat dieting food in January when the body is begging for warm, heavy, hearty foods. IMHO.
.4lbs is way better than 0 and that's way better than gaining - so congratulations!!! :)
