Weekly Weigh-In

Down four tenths of  pound.  Not too shabby.  It could’ve been better, but my eating wasn’t the greatest this week and I still haven’t started exercising as much as I’d planned. 
That’s ok.  Next week will be better.

  2. It's a loss and that's all that matters! It's sort of hard to eat dieting food in January when the body is begging for warm, heavy, hearty foods. IMHO.
